Both units can be rented simultaneously. Layout of the accommodation: Ground floor: 🔹Bedroom 1: one double bed 🔹Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x200 cm) adjoining a bathroom with shower 🔹Laundry area with washing machine 🔹Separate toilet Upstairs: 🔹Kitchen with induction cooktop, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle 🔹Living area with table, 10 chairs, sofa bed (120x130 cm), and television 🔹Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x200 cm) and a TV 🔹Smaller bedroom area with a sofa bed (140x190 cm); this area does not have a door and is closed off with a curtain 🔹Bathroom with shower, sink, and towel warmer 🔹Separate toilet Please note: The sofa bed in the living room is suitable for one adult or two children. le logement est proche de la mer et des rues animées mais l'endroit est calme. Très belle vue de la terrasse.
