An 85-square-meter apartment with a balcony located on the first floor (building with elevator), accommodating up to 4 people.

The apartment is ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay.
Basic supplies are provided to get you started: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, and tea, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods.
The apartment has Wi-Fi access. Your dedicated concierge will be there to welcome you in person upon arrival and will be available throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed. The apartment is laid out as follows: • A bright and inviting living room, open to the dining area and furnished with a sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing. • A cozy dining area with a large table and 6 chairs, ideal for sharing delicious meals with family or friends. • A fully equipped open-concept kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, as well as dishes and wine glasses. • A spacious and comfortable master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200), perfect for restful nights. • A versatile bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) that can be separated into two single beds (80 x 200) to easily accommodate your needs. • A first bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink, and a towel warmer. • A second bathroom, also equipped with a shower and a sink, complete with a towel warmer for added comfort. • A desk area for working or researching local activities • A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer • A separate toilet Enjoy the 30 m² private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for dining or simply enjoying the outdoors.
