Roomy 100 sqm apartment located on the first floor of a building without a lift, able to accommodate up to 7 people.
The property is located in Lido di Camaiore, in a quiet and welcoming residential area, close to all the main services. The seafront and the beaches are easily reachable by bike.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed (for 3 people), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a small terrace.
Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs.
The internal space is organized as follows
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ceiling fan;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ceiling fan;
- BEDROOM III with bunk bed for 3 people (one bed is pull-out), wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk with chair;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, SMART TV and dining table with chairs;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, moka, kitchenware, wine glasses and dining table with chairs;
- BATHROOM I with shower box, sink, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II with sink, bidet and WC;
- SMALL TERRACE (access from the living room) with washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
ATTENTION: the apartment is NOT equipped with air conditioning. However, there are ceiling fans in the double bedrooms and three pedestal fans to cool the other rooms.
The internal garden is shared.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Camaiore Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and will take place in self check-in mode via a keybox on site (with a combination that will be provided after booking).

Lido di Camaiore is the charming modern beach of the historic center of Camaiore. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area that lies on the sea with a front of a few kilometers and is between Viareggio and Marina di Pietrasanta.
We are in fact in the heart of Versilia, the famous coastal strip of the province of Lucca. Here, between Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, the opportunities to spend a pleasant holiday are certainly not lacking. Enjoy the beach of Lido di Camaiore, with fine and golden sand, it is possible to cycle along the wonderful Lungomare, a few minutes from the property.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, equipped with all the main services (bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies).

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, pulito, arredato con molto gusto. In quartiere tranquillo e con servizi vicini raggiungibili anche a piedi. Facilità di parcheggio in zona.
