Cozy 47 sqm apartment, for 4 people, on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT elevator. The accommodation is located in Mira, at the gates of Mestre and the Venice lagoon, characterized by the suggestive landscape along the Brenta canal, a mix of history, nature and architecture; ideal stay for walks and cultural visits.
The accommodation is structured on one level with kitchenette and living room, bathroom and bedroom, with the entrance overlooking a pedestrian path with a garden at the back.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building for residential use, with independent main entrance overlooking a pedestrian driveway. The window door on the back overlooks a private garden and another pedestrian walkway.
The interior space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM: about 20 square meters, as soon as you enter the apartment, with a double sofa bed, Smart TV, table and chairs;
- KITCHENETTE: with 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, moka, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine
- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with 6 doors and mirror and cabinet/ library. Room with French door that leads to the private garden
- STORAGE CABINET with drying rack, ironing board;
- GARDEN
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi Unlimited, hairdryer, iron, washing machine.
- Private parking with 2 parking spaces for exclusive use with bar and pedestrian gate. Also suitable for SUVs.
ATTENTION: the apartment is located on the ground floor, there are no stairs so you do not need an elevator. Ceiling fan in the bedroom. Air conditioning NOT PRESENT.
