Beautiful villa with a private pool in Montauroux, offering stunning views of the valley and the Estelle mountains.
The villa is set on a large plot of 5000 m², ensuring plenty of privacy.
It is brightly decorated, and in addition to the main house, there is also a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. The living room, located on the first floor, is inviting and features a cozy seating area around the fireplace.
From here, you can step out onto the terrace through French doors, which is equipped with a large dining table and a plancha — perfect for al fresco dining.
Next to the living room is the kitchen, which seats 8 people at the dining table and is fully equipped. The villa includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the same floor as the living room is the master bedroom, which opens onto the terrace through French doors.
This bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
