Located on the outskirts of the charming medieval town of Cotignac
A Provencal holiday home in a quiet location close to the centre of the charming village of Cotignac.
The area offers cosy medieval villages, wine tasting, good restaurants, great walking and cycling routes, beautiful countryside and Mediterranean beaches within about 1 hour's drive. Cotignac is charming and unspoilt.
It oozes Provencal charm with its old stone houses, narrow streets and beautiful old facades. The house is situated on a sloping plot with great views over the town and surrounding area.
At the bottom of the garden there is direct access to the center of the village.
There are also tennis and paddle tennis courts close to the property.
Large covered terrace with dining area and barbecue with direct access from the living room.
Lovely pool area with large pool and sun terrace where you can relax on a sun lounger.
You can also play boules in front of the house.
To the rear of the house there is an enclosed parking area for up to 4 cars. The villa is on 2 levels and consists of a ground floor/entrance level with living room with access to the terrace, kitchen/dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
All 3 bedrooms on this floor have ceiling fans.
Stairs to lower level/garden. The lower floor consists of 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 separate toilet. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
