Located on the edge of a cozy village in the Provencal hinterland
Lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area about 5 minutes drive from the centre of the charming medieval village of Montauroux, which has a pleasant square with a fine selection of bars and restaurants, small shops and a weekly market.
In the surrounding area you can visit other small villages and enjoy walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside.
The large swimming lake Lac de Saint Cassien is close to the property and the Mediterranean beaches can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. The property is set on a natural slope.
At the front of the property, with great views of the high mountains in the distance, there is a large, partly covered wooden terrace with a 12 x 6 metre pool.
The large terrace will be the setting for most of your waking hours.
As well as splashing around in the pool, you can relax on a sun lounger or eat al fresco in the shade.
There is off-road parking for several cars. The beautiful 2-storey villa is decorated in a bright and modern style.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa group and dining area with direct access to an open plan kitchen.
