Located in a scenic area close to the bathing lake Lac de Saint Cassien Holiday villa located a short distance from the very cosy medieval village of Montauroux.

Montauroux is a very cosy medieval village with restaurants, bars, small shops and a central square with weekly market and locals playing petanque.
A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Lac St Cassien where you can swim, try various water activities or just have a picnic on the shores of the lake.

There are several beach clubs around the lake where you can hire sunbeds, pedalos, paddle boards and canoes.

There are also many large supermarkets in the area, one of the best golf courses in the area and other medieval villages to visit.

The area is also perfect for cycling and walking.
The villa is built on a sloping plot and is on several levels.

The villa itself is on the higher part of the plot and has good terraces, both covered and open, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

The large garden has mature trees and flowering shrubs and is sheltered from the neighbours.

The fenced pool area is situated on a lower level of the property and has a large private pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture.

Here you can relax in the sun or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

There is also off road parking for 3 cars.
The villa is on 2 levels and consists of a ground floor with a kitchen/dining room and 2 living rooms with access to the garden.

There is also a bathroom with bath and toilet on this floor.

The villa has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 2 of them have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds.

On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms with bath/shower.

One of these bathrooms has the toilet in a separate room.

Access to the villa is via a narrow driveway (see last image).

As the road is narrow, we do not recommend arriving in a wide/large car.

When you reach the property, there is ample and level parking for a couple of cars.
