Just a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants etc. in the medieval city of Fayence
Charming holiday house located in the heart of the cozy village of Fayence - only a 5 minute walk from both restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, shopping and charming little streets and alleys.
Twice a week during the summer months there is a festive street market in the village square and throughout the summer there are many events in the village.
Nearby you can hike, bike, play golf, tennis or go swimming in the large lake, Lac de Saint Cassien. The house is situated on a little road and has private parking for 1 car.
From the garden and pool you can enjoy the beautiful views over the village and the valley below.
You enter the property through an electric gate.
A few steps lead down to the entrance and the garden where there is a large gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture.
One level down is the large pool area with a large pool, sun deck and gazebo where you can relax in the shade.
In front of the house there is another covered terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ where you can prepare your outdoor meals. The house is on 2 levels and consists of a ground floor/entrance level with 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with sofas and 1 double bed (can be used as a separate bedroom) and another bedroom with double bed.
Stairs lead down to the garden level with a large kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet..
From the kitchen area there is direct access to the terrace with dining table. Various outdoor activities such as basketball nets, boules and table tennis. As the house is centrally located in the city, you can hear traffic from the property. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
