Holiday home for 6-8 people Located in a very scenic area approx. 30 km from the Mediterranean beaches
Seillans is an idyllic medieval village located in the heart of Provence.
It is the oldest of the fortified mountain villages in the Var department and has been named one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Known for its charm and beauty, the town has stunning views across the valley towards Lac de St.
Cassien, a beautifully situated lake with swimming beaches and small boat hire.
Lovely sandy beaches and lively coastal towns are approximately 30 kilometres from the villa.
The property is also located close to a minor main road with light, sporadic traffic that rarely causes any disturbance. The villa consists of a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a conservatory that can be an extra room with a double mattress, this has air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and an independent studio with a bedroom with 2 single beds, living room and bathroom with shower and toilet. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with pool and a large covered terrace.
There are also several terraces with garden furniture.
The plot is enclosed and there is parking for several cars. Please note: Only the living room and the conservatory is equipped with air conditioning. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
