Provencal holiday home with large pool near Claviers

House for 12-16 people Located in scenic surroundings on a lovely plot with lots of space
Unique property located in very quiet and private surroundings on the sommet of a green hill, a few km from the cozy, small village of Claviers.
In Claviers you can explore the typical French village life and enjoy a glass of local wine or a cup of coffee at one of the restaurants or bars.
In the village there is also a bakery where you can pick up fresh made baguette in the morning and a small grocery shop where you can find the most needed groceries.
In the surrounding area there is a handful of other cozy villages, and the Mediterranean coast can be reached within an hour’s drive. The holiday house consists of a large house surrounded by 1 HA of woodland and garden.
From here you have a magnificent view over the surrounding area.
A small cottage for 2-3 persons is located approx. 100 m from the main house.
Around the houses there are plenty of terraces and shady places for relaxation and outdoor dining.
On the North terrace with a view, there is seating and tables in stone for 16 persons and on the South terrace, 2 wooden tables protected by a pergola with plants – also for 16 persons.
Parking for several cars and plenty of space in the garden for children to play. The pool area is separated in 2 basins – 1 large of 10 x 5,5 m and a small one for children of 2,5 x 5 m.
Around the pool there is a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool house/terrace under a roof with garden furniture and a fridge. The main house is in split levels and consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with sofas and TV.
In the dining room there is a fireplace but it shouldn´t be used due to the fire risk.
In the main house there is a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (can be pushed together as a double bed) Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 (children’s bedroom) has 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (can be pushed together as a double bed) Bedroom 5 (Master bedroom) has 2 single bed (can be pushed together as a double bed) 2 of the bathrooms have bathtub/shower and toilet and the last one shower and toilet. The small cottage (100 m from the main house) has 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a toilet. A perfect holiday home for large families, generations or groups of friends travelling together who wants privacy in natural beautiful surroundings. Maximum capacity is 12 adults and 4 children + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 680,00 EUR
