This lovely holiday home is situated in peaceful surroundings, approximately 4 km from Vidauban and around 30 km from the Mediterranean coast at Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. Here you are surrounded by the beautiful Provençal countryside, with vineyards, the Massif des Maures and the Argens River nearby.
The area is ideal for relaxing, enjoying days at the beach, wine tasting and exploring the region.
Visit Château Sainte Roseline, where you can discover the historic wine estate and enjoy a wine tasting, or take a trip to Abbaye du Thoronet and the Gorges du Verdon. Outside The house is set on a large, flat plot with plenty of space and views across the surrounding fields.
A long driveway leads up to the house, where there is ample parking for up to 10 cars as well as a carport.
The garden has lawns and trees and provides plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The private pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and a shaded area.
The pool can be covered during the cooler periods of the year.
The house also has a large covered terrace with a dining area and comfortable lounge furniture – perfect for long meals outdoors. Inside The holiday home is arranged on one level and features a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace and garden.
There are four bedrooms – three with double beds and one with three single beds – as well as two bathrooms with showers and toilets and a utility room. All bedrooms have mosquito screens. Air conditioning There is reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, allowing you to adjust the temperature on hot summer days as well as during cooler periods.
The house also has underfloor cooling, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor climate. Worth knowing The large garden offers plenty of opportunities for activities for the whole family, including table tennis, table football and pétanque.
The house is arranged on one level with no stairs, and together with the flat plot, this makes it suitable for guests with limited mobility who prefer easy access throughout the house and garden.
