Located on a large natural plot with wonderful panoramic views
This Provencal stone house is situated on a large natural plot, with wonderful panoramic views of the Esterel mountains, the surrounding countryside and the city of Fayence.
Nice place if you like nature and yet close to Fayence Fayence is an old, historic town with shops, restaurants and bars.
Here you will find the local market and local wine to drink on the house's terraces.
World-class Provençal vineyards with wine tasting are only 10-20 minutes drive from the house. The Pays de Fayence area is one of a series of "landscapes" overlooking the plain between the Southern Alps and Esterel, which borders the sea between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël.
The village is on the road to Mons, which joins the Route Napoléon (which connects Nice to Grenoble through the Alps). On the grounds there are several lovely cozy corners, streams, olive trees, fig trees and wonderful terraces where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner and a good glass of wine The house has been newly renovated with respect for the original house and is on two staggered floors Floor plan contains: Large living room with dining room and kitchen in extension Utility room with dishwasher Laundry room with washing machine and dryer Bedroom with two single beds Bedroom with double bed Bathroom with shower and toilet 1 floor contains: Entrance Living room on the mezzanine with TV Bedroom with double bed with shower Bedroom with two single beds with shower Separate toilet + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
