There are plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking in the area and a hike to the top of Le Baou - the mighty cliff behind St-Jeannet - is highly recommended.

The apartment is located on the lowest floor of the owner’s villa and has a private entrance.

In front of the apartment there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden and pool, the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

On the level below the terrace is the large pool of 10 x 5 m that is private to the tenants.

The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and a lovely outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, hob, dishwasher and a covered terrace with dining table and chairs.
