Provencal stone house located approx. 10 min drive from the very cozy medieval village of Fayence.

In the village you will find a nice selection of restaurants, small shops and a supermarket.

In the surrounding area there is many other charming medieval hilltop villages, one of the best golf courses in France, cycling and hiking routes and the large lake St. Cassien where you can fish and swim.

The Mediterranean beaches in st. Raphael/Frejus can be reached within a 45 minutes drive.

The villa is set on a large and very private plot surrounded by woodland.

In front of the house you will find a large terrace with garden furniture and a the pool where you can take a refreshing dip or relax in the sun. The garden is large and there is plenty of room for the children to play.

On the backside of the villa there is parking for up to 5 cars.

The villa is in 1 level and consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds (one bed can be changed to 2 single beds), 1 bedroom with single bed and bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
