Located in a quiet neighborhood in the hills outside the medieval city of Fayence
Historic Fayence, with its charming shops, restaurants, and bars, is just a short stroll away.
Here you can enjoy the local market and buy regional wines to enjoy on the house terrace.
World-class Provençal vineyards with wine tastings are only a 10–20 minute drive away. Fayence is one of a series of picturesque hilltop villages overlooking the valley between the Southern Alps and the Esterel Massif, stretching down to the Mediterranean coast between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël. The village also provides access to the famous Route Napoléon, connecting Nice and Grenoble through the Alps. This beautiful 19th-century farmhouse is peacefully located in the hills, just 1.5 km from the centre of Fayence.
A long driveway lined with lavender and trees leads to this charming four-bedroom property, set on a private 20,000 m² plot with more than 100 olive trees and other fruit trees.
The secluded garden offers plenty of space for both adults and children, with a trampoline, swings, table tennis, and badminton.
