Located in a quiet neighborhood in the hills outside the medieval city of Fayence
Historic Fayence with its boutique shops, restaurants and bars is just a walk away.
Here you will also find the famous market and local wine to consume on the house's terrace.
World-class Provencal vineyards with wine-tasting are just 10-20 mins drive from the house. Fayence is one of a series of "landscapes" overlooking the plain between the southern Alps and the Esterel massif, which borders the sea between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël.
The village is located on the road to Mons, which later joins the Route Napoléon (connecting Nice with Grenoble through the Alps). This old farmhouse, built in the 19th century is located in a quiet area in the hills 1.5 km from the centre of Fayence village.
A long, lavender and tree-lined driveway leads you to the stunning 4 bedroomed property, which has a large private garden on a 20000 m2 plot with many mature plants, over 100 olive trees and other fruit trees.
The grounds are secluded with plenty of space for both adults and children.
There is even a trampoline, swings, table tennis and badminton in the garden.
The south-facing property offers a fantastic far-reaching view of the valley and surrounding countryside, looking towards the Esterel mountains. Outside, there is a kitchen terrace for al fresco-dining with a breath-taking view, a barbecue and lounge area.
