Beautifully located in the heart of the Provencal hinterland
Holiday house located in the picturesque village of Lorgues in the heart of Provence.
Lorgues is a vibrant village all year round and offers both supermarkets, bakeries, butcher, fish shop, restaurants and bars.
On every Tuesday there is a street market with local products like cheese, vegetables and other delicacies.
The area around Lorgues is known for its many lavender fields, olive oil production and good rosé wines.
Lorgues is furthermore a good starting point for visiting the region and its many cozy villages and natural beautiful sights like the impressing Gorges de Verdon or a daytrip to the coast. The villa was built in 2013 and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac approx. 10 min. walk village from the village center.
The plot of 1400 m2 is landscaped with both trees, bushes, stone walls, lawn and terraces where you can relax in the sun or in the shade.
The area around the house and pool can be lit up in the evening.
The parking for 4-6 cars is closed with an electric gate. The large pool of 10 x 4 m is a saltwater pool that can be heated.
Around the pool there is a sun terrace with sun loungers and a with dining table.
There is also a pool house with dining table.
On a south-west-oriented terrace near the entrance there is also a dining table for 10 persons.
Outdoor you can prepare your food in the pizza oven or on the gas BBQ.
The roof terrace is furnished with lounge furniture and deck chairs and has a beautiful view over the surrounding area. The house and garden are created for social gatherings and relaxation both inside and outside.
Here you can enjoy a glass of wine, some good food or just relax and enjoy the silence and the atmosphere of being in the countryside. The house is in 2 levels and consists of: a ground-floor with entrance hall, guest toilet, kitchen/living room with modern kitchen, sofas, and dining table for 10 persons and direct access to the pool area.
There is also a bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and shower corner and 2 separate toilets with direct access from the bedrooms. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
