The house is located just a few minutes' walk from the historic district
Holiday home with saltwater pool in charming Fayence, which offers both restaurants, shopping opportunities and cozy little streets and alleys.
The house is located within walking distance of the old town and close to the 'Theatre de verdure', however surrounded by olive trees and with a view of the Provencal countryside. The house is continuously renovated and decorated in good taste.
The entry level consists of an entrance hall, separate toilet, kitchen and a spacious dining room and living room with a fireplace, exposed beams and access to the terrace from both the dining room and the living room.
There are several steps and stairs.
In addition, there are 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets and 2 bathrooms.
On the 1st floor there are 2 generous bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Historic Fayence with its shops, restaurants and bars is just a stroll away.
Here you will find the local market and local wine to enjoy on the terrace of the house.
World-class Provençal vineyards with wine tasting are only 10-20 minutes drive from the property. Fayence is one of a series of "landscapes" overlooking the plain between the Southern Alps and Esterel, which borders the sea between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël.
The village is on the road to Mons, which joins the Route Napoléon (which connects Nice to Grenoble through the Alps). + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 500,00 EUR
