Large house located close to Le Lavandou with fine beaches, cozy restaurants and a marina.
In the surrounding area you can visit the charming village of Bormes les Mimosas, Sanary sur Mer or go shopping in the slightly larger town of Hyeres. The area is particularly known for its good beaches, and you can practice all kinds of water sports. The house is situated high, and from the terrace you have a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea. On a level below the house, lies the large pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. The house has several good terraces where you can enjoy your dinner or a cool glass of wine The house is furnished in typical older French style and consists of two separate units on two levels, with their own entrance, perfect for the large family.
There is no internal connection between the two units. Floor plan From the entrance on the ground floor there is access to the living room/dining room and kitchen with access to a terrace with a dining area. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. 1 separate toilet. 1 floor with own entrance.
