Holiday home in a quiet residential area about 1.6 km from the charming medieval village of Callian.
The village has a few small shops and restaurants.
The nearby villages of Montauroux and Fayence have weekly street markets and the large swimming lake of Lac de Saint Cassian is only a few minutes drive away.
The area offers many opportunities for walking, cycling, golf and tennis. The villa is situated on a large plot of 3800m with a beautiful garden and pool area.
There is plenty of space to play in the garden and a playground for the younger children.
There is parking for up to 8 cars behind the gates.
