Holiday house located in the Provencal hinterland in the heights around the very cozy medieval village of Callian.
It is located within walking distance (700 m) from local amenities, such as cafes, restaurants, and small shops like grocery store and butcher.
Within a 10 min. drive you can reach the larger supermarkets and the large Lac de Saint-Cassien where you can swim and rent pedalos, go fishing, hiking or simply enjoy a picnic on the banks of the lake. The local area offers amble possibilities for hiking, running and mountain biking.
There are also several Golf courses in the area and the closest one is the famous Terre Blanche Golf Course only 6 km away. The villa is located in a quite residential area in very private surroundings.
From the pool area you have a magnificent view over the surrounding countryside with its green hills and forest.
You can walk down to the village, but the return way is up hill and can be difficult for children and people with walking difficulties. The villa has a garden with several good terraces, a covered terrace with dining table and chairs, BBQ and pizza oven and a level above the house a beautiful pool area with infinity pool, comfortable lounge furniture and sun beds.
On site there is also parking for 3-4 cars. The villa is in 1 level and consists of a Living room/dining room with open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. All bedrooms as well as the open plan kitchen have air conditioning. The driveway leading up to the house is very steep. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
