Situated in green surroundings with beautiful views
Beautiful 1800-century stone house on the outskirts of the medieval town of Draguignan.
The house, located in a quiet area with woods right behind, offers fantastic views over the city and the valley. Draguignan is located in a very green area in the heart of Provence.
It is a good starting point for trips to the surrounding country side, with its charming medieval villages, vineyards and olive groves, to the wild canyon, Grand Canyon du Verdon, and to the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean in Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël. The house, which is in split-levels, consists of the following: spacious living room, kitchen with nice views, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with small double bed (140 x 200), separate toilet, and own entrance, 1 room with 2 beds, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, and 1 separate toilet.
The house also offers a nice pool area, a 20 m2 covered and south-east-facing terrace and a large open terrace also facing south-east. We would like to point out that the way up to the villa is a little steep. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
