Beautiful holiday home located 2 km below Tourrettes-sur-Loup in the hinterland of the Côte-d'Azur between Vence and Grasse.
The charming medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup is accessible on foot by an old Roman road.
Cagnes-sur-Mer and its beaches along the Mediterranean Sea is 14 km away. This charming villa of 190 m2 offers all the comfort for an exceptional stay in the South of France.
In absolute calm, in full nature, on a plot of 9300 m2 in the shade of olive trees, oaks and pine trees is the ideal place to spend your holidays with family or friends. The accommodation is composed of: On the ground floor, a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen / dining room, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, two sinks and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine TV corner with a divan-convertible for 2 persons, a master suite with bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub/shower and a separate toilet. In the basement, a cellar with washing machine and dryer. The house is connected to the network by optical fiber and there is a Sonos / IKEA audio system.
There is Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The heated pool of 15 by 4 m. with automatic cleaning and overflow is surrounded by a wooden terrace of 65 m2 offering breathtaking views of the forest and the hills.
Apart from the large south facing terrace, the villa also offers a covered terrace with a fixed BBQ, a dining area, and a small lounge area.
The holiday home also offers table football, table tennis, petanque court and darts. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
