Beautiful and quiet surroundings and beautiful views
Holiday house situated just a short walk from the center of the very charming village of La Colle sur Loup.
The village is located close to the picturesque medieval hilltop village of St.
Paul de Vence, the old town in Vence with its narrow streets and provencal markets and within a few minutes' drive to the Mediterranean sea and the beaches in Cagnes sur Mer.
Shops and restaurants in walking distance from the villa. The villa is situated in quiet surroundings as the last house on a small street and has a nice view over the surrounding valley and mountains.
In front of the house you will find a large pool surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
Next to the pool there is a small pool house.
In front of the house, the large terrasse overlooking the pool invites you to relax in the shade while the children play in the garden and the pool.
Table tennis is found in the garage. The villa is in 2 levels and consists of a ground-floor with living room/dining room with open plan kitchen.
From the living room there is direct access to the terrace.
On this floor there is also 1 bedroom with double bed, direct access to the terrace and private bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (can be put together as a double bed), 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom. On the 1st floor there is 1 bedroom with private bathroom (shower and toilet). Please note! Dogs are not allowed in furniture and in the pool + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
