Beautiful, contemporary villa located in a quiet and sought after residential area close to Vence and the beaches at Cagnes-sur-Mer. The garden with a lovely saltwater pool is surrounded by sun terrace, large terrace in front of the house with dining area and awnings as well as parking.

The garden has no lawn, but good areas with table tennis, table football and swings for the little ones.

There are also planted trees and shrubs that are typical of the area.

At one end of the pool there is a shallow area as well as wide stairs down to the rest of the pool.

The house is on one level and of 145 m2. The house contains a large living / dining room with open kitchen and 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the other 2 have 2 single beds each.

There is a separate entrance to one of the bedrooms from the pool area.

All rooms in the house have air conditioning and electric aluminum shutters.
