Your responsive hosts are available around the clock to answer questions, provide assistance when necessary, and ensure an optimal and communicative vacation experience. We are always a message or phone call away, and we will send someone to the house promptly if there are any issues that need onsite help.
1) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: cameras facing the driveway.
2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
3) Parking:
Please park at the top of the driveway in the winter to avoid getting stuck in the snow. If there is heavy snow or ice and your car is at the bottom of the driveway, you may require towing to get out. Parking on the road and/or blocking the neighbor's driveway is strictly prohibited and may also result in your vehicle being towed.
*Boutiq is NOT responsible or liable for guests getting stuck in the snow or cars being towed for any reason -- any towing will be at your own expense*
Rental cars are encouraged; 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended in the winter.
If you are driving to the mountain, we suggest parking at the Gondola near the F Lot in Breckenridge. The Park County Commuter Route provides public transportation; please consult their website for updated bus stops locations, routes, schedules, etc.
