Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) - Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 3) - A second shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 23 m² balcony with a splendid sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in La Turbie, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage (one space). There is also a public car park 50 m away.
