Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 100 m² house in Guidel for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children (and one baby). Located at 4km from the beach, it comprises a pretty living room of 35 m², a fitted kitchen, four good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 50 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room of 35 m² with sofa, armchairs, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
- A utility room
First floor:
- Bedroom 2 and 3 with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4 (adjoining bedroom 3): with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 1 single bed
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 50 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Guidel, in very pleasant surroundings, close to the beach, forest and coastal paths.. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (1 space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lorient, about 13 km away
- Nearest airport: Lorient, about 12 km away
Other information :
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
