The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 21 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, about 300 m from the beach. It has a sea view and can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.
The apartment is composed as follows
- A living room with sofa, foldaway double bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 15 m² south-west-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (one private space).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, approx. 5 km away
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence airport about 50 min by car and Toulon-Hyères airport is about 1h10 by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
