Welcome to Rustico Marietta, a detached 3-star holiday home in Brissago – ideal for couples, small families and anyone looking to enjoy peace, privacy and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains.
This tastefully furnished rustico offers 70 m² of living space arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms provide comfortable private spaces and additional convenience throughout your stay.
Families with children are warmly welcome. The cosy living area features tiled flooring and invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and wood-burning stove.
The fire creates a particularly welcoming atmosphere on cooler evenings, while electric and underfloor heating ensure comfortable temperatures throughout the year.
Free Wi-Fi and cable TV with international channels are also available. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
A ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso machine provide everything you need for a leisurely breakfast or relaxed meals during your holiday. The two bathrooms are conveniently equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bed linen, towels and a basic selection of toiletries are provided upon arrival.
A private washing machine offers additional convenience, particularly for longer stays. Rustico Marietta also offers a pleasant outdoor space for relaxing.
The private terrace with outdoor furniture is a lovely place to enjoy peaceful moments in the fresh air while taking in beautiful views of the lake, mountains and surrounding landscape.
The holiday home is set on a generous plot of approximately 2,103 m². Lake Maggiore and public transport are approximately 1.3 kilometres away, while shops and restaurants can be reached within around 2 kilometres.
Arriving by car is recommended due to the location, and a private parking space is available directly on the property.
Please note that the Rustico is reached on foot from the parking area via a staircase with numerous steps.
The accommodation may therefore not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for active and varied days, from hiking and mountain biking to water sports and cultural excursions throughout the region. Der Blick auf den See und die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist herrlich. Die ruhige Lage half beim Entspannen ebenso wie das viele Grün drumrum.
Bei der Sauberkeit hatten wir etwas mehr erhofft. Aber auch bei der Beseitigung von scheinbar vorher erfolgten Reparaturarbeiten.

Tolles Rustico mit wunderschönem Ausblick! Sehr großes, ruhig und uneinsichtig gelegenes Grundstück. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Ferienlocation. Das Lido in Brissago hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wandern im Tessin, Markt in Cannobio, Cafés und Sightseeing in Locarno... gute Ausgangslage.
