With a surface area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m².

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 40 m² living room with sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room with walk-in shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside : - A beautiful 400 m² garden within a fully fenced property - A 28 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The customs path is just below the property.
There are no neighbours.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park below the path 20m from the property (outside the property).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Quimperlé, about 15 minutes by car - Nearest airports: Lorient approx. 25 km / Brest approx. 130 km Other information : - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is not working - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
