Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautifully decorated 1 bedroom annex, which is located off the side of the main house and with your own private entrance. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and elegant stay here in Cambridge. Superfast wifi and modern amenities are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen.
Centrally located just off Huntingdon Road in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and close to numerous colleges, this is the perfect place for up to 2 persons looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
SLEEPING
Main Bedroom: 1 x Doube Size Bed with built-in wardrobe.
Main bathroom with shower. Bath and hand towels are supplied for each guest, with basic toiletries provided for your stay.
CHILLING
Well appointed open plan living with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV with your favourite Streaming Apps installed - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Disney Plus. Own account required for viewing. The dining table doubles as a working space and there is a super fast wifi connection up to 100Mbps provided for free.
EATING
The well equipped kitchen is nicely kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob and a mini fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING
Free on street parking is available for guests on the road, except between the hours of 9am – 12pm when only local permit holders are allowed to park on the street. Availability of parking spaces along the street are limited but generally a space can be found.
OUT AND ABOUT
Situated just off Huntingdon and a short 10 minute drive to Cambridge train station and into the Cambridge city centre, our home is a perfect stay for all occasions. It is a 7 minute walk to Histon Road where you will find a number of local and international supermarkets, a local café, and local pubs and restaurants. It is also a short 5 minute walk to a number of colleges including Fitzwilliam, Trinity Hall, Churchill and St Edmunds.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guest access
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of the entire annex and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in the entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay the nearest supermarket is minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
