The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 65 m² house for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
It comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 46 m² terrace.
Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC Basement: - A large 35 m² garage For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 46 m², with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from immediate proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Beach 600 m away - Water sports - Hiking, biking - Stroll in the Bois de la Chaise - Visit the Musée de la Mer Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house (one space).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Challans, 20 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 75 km away Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider).
