Trullo Pietra di Confine is a private villa with swimming pool just a couple of kilometres (1,5 km) away from Alberobello; a typical local stone farmhouse made up of Lamie and Trulli that, thanks to valuable restoration work, has become a haven of peace and beauty for the owners and all the villa's guests.
The rural nature of the structure perfectly blends with the modern touch of the architectural solutions implemented, creating a unique atmosphere, literally a leap into the past, which, together with the comforts that the property offers, make Trullo Pietra di Confine the perfect solution for anyone who wants to live an authentic experience, without compromising on modern-day comforts.
Trullo Pietra di Confine can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is located in the heart of the Itria Valley in the countryside of Alberobello (only 1.5km), a few minutes' drive from Locorotorndo (6km), Martina Franca (11km), Cisternino (16km) and Ostuni (35km).
The beaches of Monopoli and Fasano can be reached in less than half an hour.
The trullo's main entrance is adorned with a lush vine that characterises the front side of the Trullo as the seasons change.
Guests are welcomed into a graceful living room entrance that also includes an indoor dining area served by a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, which is housed in a side alcove.The living area leads on the left to the first double bedroom, built in one of the cones that probably housed animals a while ago; the room has air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Then, on the opposite side is the second sleeping area, which includes a convenient laundry room and the two bedrooms, deliberately furnished with simplicity, in keeping with the style and character of the structure, including the master (double) and a twin, which (mattresses can be joined if necessary) are served by a cosy bathroom with shower.
Outside, the views of the surrounding countryside leave all guests feeling enchanted; the view is lost in the surrounding hills, among fields of wheat, olive trees and vineyards.
The ideal setting for long, relaxing walks.
Behind the main entrance a large outdoor dining area, in the shade of a large vine recovered during the restoration, is served by a comfortable BBQ.
The garden then spreads out into a vast olive grove on the property from which, along an internal pathway (approx. 35 m), the guests can reach the swimming pool area (8x4) equipped with sun loungers for all guests, which also has a large shaded area behind which there is a comfortable stone seating area.
Then, not far away another small cottage houses a service bathroom, two outdoor showers and a further BBQ area that can be useful in view of the distance from the main house.
