The 60 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table and pinguino (portable air conditioning);

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- SLEEPING AREA with double bed;

- BEDROOM with single bed (queen size), single sofa bed, 32" TV and pinguino (portable air conditioning);

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, two penguins (portable air conditioning), washing machine/dryer, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
