Welcome to our cozy holiday accommodation – the perfect retreat for up to four people. The house offers two bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed, the other with two single beds – ideal for children or travelers who prefer to sleep separately. The living area with a comfortable seating area invites you to relax, and the dining table accommodates up to six people. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your meals, and a filter coffee machine ensures a good start to the day. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub for relaxing moments.

The garden invites you to relax on the loungers or enjoy a barbecue evening. Pets are warmly welcomed. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi, which provides an opportunity to disconnect. A parking space is available nearby. We look forward to your visit!

A deposit of XX% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment will be made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to XX days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a charge of XX% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Departure is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other arrival and departure times may be possible upon consultation. Please contact us in time for coordination if necessary.
The key handover takes place in person on-site / via a key box. You will receive the code for this in due time before arrival.
A baby bed/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The tourist tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged additionally on-site.
