Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The accommodation is only 10 metres from the shuttle bus stop that takes you to the nearby slopes free of charge. The area is famous for its mountains, including Mont Blanc (30 minutes by car), ideal for skiers and mountaineers. The nearby Val Ferret (37 minutes by car) is a summer hiking paradise. Not far away is also the Petit St Bernard, an ancient mountain pass linking Italy and France.

To reach the accommodation you can use different means of transport, depending on your location

- If you are travelling by car, the accommodation has a covered GARAGE with one parking space (small-medium cars).

- If you are travelling by bus, the ‘La Thuile’ bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

- If travelling by train: From Aosta railway station you can take bus 581 to Palleusieux, then bus 573 to La Thuile.
