During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Hair dryer, Washing machine.
Professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is located : - 10 minutes walk from the beach of Aytré ; - near a large park (at the end of the street, the beach of Aytré is on the other side of the park); - 10 minutes by car from downtown La Rochelle; - 10 minutes from the beaches of Chatelaillon - and 5 minutes from the universities of Minimes.
For your small daily purchases, you will find a supermarket "Carrefour contact" at 15 minutes walk.
Several bars and restaurants are close to the accommodation.

Don't miss the lake, a very pleasant place to walk around with the Godechaud cove, a 3.5 km long beach, or to go to the coastal path, a long sandy beach for pedestrians and cyclists.
The commune is also in the process of developing parts of the Vélodyssée, a coastal cycling route from Roscoff to Hendaye.
The site of the marshes, with its voluntary nature reserve, is also a pleasant place to walk and discover the local fauna and flora.
The beaches of Aytré and Roux also offer a space for the practice of water sports or for a walk along the ocean. ## Transports - The city center of La Rochelle is accessible by direct bus line (bus station at the foot of the residence). - Aytré train station : 6 minutes by car. - La Rochelle-Île de Ré airport: 16 minutes by car.

Propre, pratique,fonctionnel,idéal pour un séjour essentiellement passé a l extérieur.
Negative:
Un peu bruyant dans la journée du fait de la circulation en bas de l immeuble...rien a dire la nuit.
