In a subdivision located 200 meters walk from the beach, semi-detached house of 75 m² on two levels close to other homes. It is composed as follows:
On the ground floor (access by a staircase of 5 steps):
- Living room-lounge/kitchen including a 110x200 cm sofa bed
- Shower room/WC
Upstairs (access by a wooden staircase of about 15 steps):
- 1 bedroom including 1 160x200 cm bed
- 1 bedroom including 1 140x190 cm bed
- Bathroom/WC
Accepts 1 additional person free of charge with sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room
Direct access to the beach from the residence
Gite located near Bastia Poretta airport
- 50 m² enclosed garden (access by a 5-step staircase)
- Garden furniture
- Barbecue
- 2 deckchairs
- Two private parking spaces in front of the cottage, one of which is equipped with a socket for recharging vehicles electric
- Electric gate at the entrance to the residence (access beep)
- Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in the upstairs hallway

Gite très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Il est bien situé,dans une résidence calme et très proche de la plage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
