In the countryside, on the ground floor of the owners' house, also including the gîte 25151, apartment of 62 m². It is composed as follows:
- Living room/kitchen including a 140x190 cm sofa bed
- 1 bedroom including one 140x190 cm bed
- Shower room
- WC
2 additional people accepted at no extra charge with sleeping in the sofa bed
- 25 m² terrace
- Shared garden of 3800 m²
- Swimming pool heated from the beginning of May to the end of September, shared with the other rental and with the owners (5.5 m. x15 m.), closed access from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and after 9 p.m., secured by an alarm. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to persons specified in the rental contract
- 8-person spa shared by both gîtes, access closed from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and after 9 p.m.
