The holiday resort of Rangersdorf is located at 864 meters altitude, not far from the Italian border in the popular Mölltal holiday region in Carinthia's Hohe Tauern National Park. The 4 ski areas in the region (Grossglockner/Heiligenblutt, Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel/Mallnitz and the family ski area Emberger Alm) guarantee absolute snow safety with more than 150 kilometers of pistes! The south-facing Zettersfeld ski area near Lienz in East Tyrol, at an altitude of 2,278 meters and with fantastic views of the Dolomites, offers over 20 kilometers of slopes.
