Gute Lage in La Rochelle. Ebenerdiger Zugang, dadurch sind Fahrräder gut zu versorgen. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage trotz Wohnanlage.
