It has a floor area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 31 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden for you to enjoy.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! Need more space? You can also rent Villa Kaino 1 at the same time, which sleeps 8 guests – ideal for holidays with family or friends. The property is laid out as follows: - A 31 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), hotel-quality mattress - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90×90) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed, hotel-quality mattress - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private, unheated), measuring 5 x 3 m, open from May to October (saltwater pool) - A lovely 40 m² enclosed and private garden - A 35 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A second terrace of 11 m², facing north The house is ideally situated in Ondres, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you’re travelling by car, a private parking space is available in the house’s car park.
You’ll also find additional parking spaces within the housing estate. As for other modes of transport, here’s some information you might find useful: - Cycle path less than a minute away. - Nearest station: Ondres TER station, about 10 minutes away. - Nearest airport: Biarritz Airport, about 12 km away. Additional services available on request during your stay (to be paid for on site): - Breakfast: €13 per day per person - Cleaning during your stay - Replacement of bed linen and towels Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
