Cocoonr is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Villeneuve-sur-Lot. It has a floor area of 234 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely 54 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 11,901 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 54 m² living room with TV and open-plan fireplace - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A lounge with a study area - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room - Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 12 m × 5.5 m, open from June to September - A beautiful, unfenced garden covering 11,901 m² - A 48 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Hiking - The stud farm at the aerodrome, - Water skiing nearby Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
This is a covered, open-plan porch with space for 5 or 6 cars. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Fumel station, approximately 23 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, approximately 1 hour 37 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - The fireplace is in working order; firewood is provided - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times stated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour. La maison est magnifique avec une vue époustouflante sur le fleuve et une piscine tres agréable. On s'y sent vraiment comment à la maison. Merci à la propriétaire de nous mettre à disposition tout ce qui fait la difference! Et un grand merci à julien pour son accueil.
