Cocoonr is offering this studio flat with a swimming pool for rent in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux.
It measures 28 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower) and a sleeping area. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Sleeping area: with a double bed (140×190), separated by a partition without a door - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A 120 m² communal indoor swimming pool (heated), open from 1 April to 30 September from 9 am to 8 pm, is at your disposal - A 9 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Just a 10-minute walk away, visit the local cheese dairy and discover the secrets behind the production of the famous Comté cheese. - The Toy Museum in Moirans-en-Montagne, perfect for young and old alike. - The Paul-Émile-Victor Museum in Prémanon, dedicated to great polar explorations. - Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park - Lac de l’Abbaye, Lac de Vouglans - Pic de l’Aigle - Hérisson Waterfalls Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, 2 km away - Nearest airport: Geneva, 1 hour 15 minutes away. Other notes: - The studio is a 15-minute drive from the Bellefontaine ski resort, which offers cross-country and downhill skiing. - Towels are provided - Bed linen is not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
