Comfortable 55 sqm apartment in the heart of Parma. The accommodation, which can host up to 4 guests, is located on the first floor of a period building without lift. Please note that there is one step to access the building and stairs to reach the apartment.

The residence is located in the historic center (Traffic-Restricted Area), overlooking the square and the church of San Bartolomeo.

The property consists of bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.


The internal space is organized as follows
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for two people), armchairs, SMART TV, dining table with chairs, clothes rack and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchenware and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
