## Space
This beautiful villa with a garden, featuring typical Normandy architecture, spans 180m² over two levels. It boasts three bedrooms and two private bathrooms. Recently built and with no overlooking neighbors, it also includes a superb private outdoor garden of 5000m², perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunshine.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the house is composed as follows
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals!)
- A superb living room with an L-shaped sofa and decorative fireplace offering direct access to the garden and terrace.
- A dining area with a table that can accommodate 6-8 settings.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and American refrigerator.
- A 20m² bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), balcony, and Smart TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel).
- A second 15m² bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
- A third "children's" bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200cm).
- Two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub, the second with a bathtub + shower.
- The kitchen, living/dining room are located on the ground floor, and all bedrooms are upstairs.
The house has an electric gate, an alarm, and an outdoor parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles.
For relaxation, an outdoor barbecue is available, along with sun loungers and a garden lounge.
The location is idyllic for those wishing to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute drive from the beach and downtown. The house is located on the heights of Tourgéville, between land and sea.
Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental and fires in the fireplace are strictly prohibited.
RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: No festive events will be tolerated within the property. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of overflows or damages.

- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.
🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
