The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this lovely flat for rent in La Plagne Tarentaise, set in a chalet comprising four flats in the heart of Paradiski, with views over the valley and the ski run, as well as breathtaking views of Mont Blanc.
The ‘Les Coches’ resort, situated at an altitude of 1,450 metres, is within walking distance, and the nearest ski run is a 2-minute walk from the flat.
Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a floor area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Very light and airy, it comprises a 21 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room with a separate toilet and, of course, an internet connection.
This flat also has windows in every room, as well as a parking space in a locked garage. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 21 m² living area with a TV and two sofa beds (140 × 190), one of which is situated in a private sleeping area, separated from the living room by a folding door.
This sleeping area offers direct access to the terrace. - A fully fitted kitchen with an electric kettle, a Nespresso and traditional coffee machine, a combination oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs and a raclette machine… - A bedroom with one double bed (140×190) - A shower room with a shower and a washing machine. - A separate toilet - Plenty of cupboards - A lockable cupboard for skis or suitcases on the landing Outside: - A private 10 m² terrace with two sun loungers - A 150 m² unfenced garden - A parking space in a locked, private garage with a dedicated ski area: storage for skis and snowboards, benches and seating for putting on and taking off your boots in comfort. For ski enthusiasts, the flat is just a stone’s throw from the Vanoise Express, the iconic cable car of the Paradiski ski area, providing access to one of the largest ski areas with its 425 km of slopes. You’ll also have access to the village of Monchavin, which is linked to Les Coches via the ‘Les Coches gondola’, and thus to a wide range of shops, boutiques, Savoyard restaurants and cafés in both villages. Access: The flat is 675 km from Paris, 210 km from Lyon, 190 km from Geneva and 135 km from Grenoble. (Please note that winter-appropriate equipment is compulsory: snow chains or four winter tyres) - A43 from Chambéry and A430 to Albertville, then the N90 towards Bourg-Saint-Maurice and finally the D225 to Montchavin-La Plagne - Nearest railway station: Landry, approximately 10 km away (coach service available) - Nearest airport: Chambéry, approximately 120 km away Additional information: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an extra cost from the concierge service (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the property - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel. Avec une très belle vue par beau temps.
Seul inconvénient, l'accès au village des coches a pied n'est pas pratique en hiver, très en pente et glissant, avec la neige. .

The hot water ran out during the last showers. The wi-fi internet is quite poor (fluctuating).
