In Tarvisio, a cozy 35 sqm studio for 2 guests, located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator (not suitable for disabled persons). Surrounded by greenery, the building offers an open view of the city center, the sports facilities of the Bachmann Institute, and the majestic peaks of Mangart and Picco di Mezzanotte.
Absolute tranquility, with no traffic noise and a breathtaking starry sky. Private terrace included. The internal space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE (equipped with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils) and a dining table; - SLEEPING AREA with a double sofa bed, wardrobe, and TV; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - TERRACE with a small table and two chairs. FURTHER AMENITIES FOR GUESTS: Central heating with valves and a hairdryer. IMPORTANT NOTES: NO WiFi available. Guests are kindly informed that the garden is shared and bicycles cannot be parked in the area. The shower tray is elevated. ATTENTION: Please note that the elevator is temporarily out of order. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Soggiorno ottimo. Appartamento piccolo, max 2 persone, ma funzionale e ben organizzato. Vicino al centro e con facile parcheggio gratuito in strada. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Bellissima vista alla mattina con alba diretta sui monti.

Ottima posizione in paese, comoda. Appartamento molto silenzioso, davanti alle scuole.
L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario per qualche giorno di permanenza, eravamo con un bambino e portandoci la culla da campeggio siamo stati bene.
Si potrebbero fare alcuni lavori di rinnovamento al bagno e uno dei fuochi era non funzionante.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo 👌🏻!
