The accommodation is located at the foot of Place Maréchal Foch and the racecourse (also known as "La Prairie").
Recently tastefully renovated, you will discover a superb 4-room apartment with an area of 100m².
Ideal for a family, business or friends stay, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city center while being quiet.
Able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it is composed as follows: - a beautiful living room with a dining area and an Ultra High Definition TV. - a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals. - 3 bedrooms including one with a King size bed (180x200cm), one with a Queen size bed (160x200cm), and one with two quality trundle beds (ideal for a couple with a child for example). - 1 shower room - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer Bed linen and towels are provided in the rental.
Free WiFi access.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation.

Just a few steps away, you will find numerous gourmet restaurants, all kinds of shops, the castle, as well as quick access to public transportation, etc. ## Notes Your welcome is fully personalized, and we remain available for any special requests throughout your stay. 📅 Check-in and check-out times : - Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM ⏳ Need flexibility? - Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge). - Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge). ⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances : - Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in. 🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property : - Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - No parties or events are allowed. - Strictly non-smoking property. - Pets are not allowed. - In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit. 👮 Practical information : - A valid ID will be required upon arrival. - Breakfast is not included. - Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.

Parking avec horodateur ( même si nous avons pu trouver sur les 5 jours, des places libres non payantes).
